1. Why should I use Crowdin?
Crowdin is the easiest way for you to translate your software and keep the translations up to date. Definitely your customers will love to see your product in their native tongue. And even more, with Crowdin your customers can take active part in product translation themselves.

2. Is it hard to localize my app with Crowdin?
It takes minutes to get started with Crowdin. We take you through a simple project setup wizard, that will ease your work and save you a lot of time.

3. What should I do if my translation format is not supported?
If you can’t find your translation format in the list of currently supported, feel free to request the support of this format. Fill out this form, and we’ll email you as soon as we are ready to support your format. Alternatively you can try one of the third party converters we have collected for you.

4. I am experiencing a problem. How can I submit a bug?
You can let us know about any problems you encounter via our contact form. We will notify you by email when issues are resolved.

5. What languages are supported by Crowdin?

At this time our service supports 92 languages. Translation Memory composes translations based on more than 20 000 000 previously made ones. View list of currently supported languages.

6. Do you have an affiliate program?
Not yet, but we're looking into some great options for affiliates and resellers that we'll be talking about in the near future. If you're interested in this kind partnership, please contact us.

7. Is our data backed up, secure and confidential?
Yes. Our redundant, state-of-the-art infrastructure is professionally managed and secure. All data is locally backed up at our data center, as well as nightly offsite backups. All data is confidential. Please view our privacy policy for more information.

8. Can we install Crowdin on our own server?
We don't offer an installable version of Crowdin as it is a hosted application. We maintain the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements so you don't have to worry about anything.

9. What are the system requirements to use Crowdin?
Since Crowdin is hosted on our servers, there's nothing to install and no server/platform requirements to worry about. All you need is a modern web browser with Javascript turned on (Crowdin officially supports IE 7 or later on the PC, and Firefox, Chrome and Safari on Mac, PC, and Linux) and an internet connection. Crowdin does not support IE 6.x on the Mac or PC. If you have IE 6, we recommend switching to Firefox it's modern, fast, compatible, and free.

10. How do I update to the latest version?
You don't have to do anything - it's automatic! Since Crowdin is a subscription-based service, your recurring monthly payment includes all future updates! We are adding new features to Crowdin all the time, so by being a faithful subscriber, you will always be running the very latest and stable version.

11. Can I "Whitelabel" Crowdin?
You bet. We can put your company logo in the corner, soon we will provide an ability to change the colours for you or even layout for your project page.
