Before using Crowdin.net, please read these Terms carefully. These Terms are legal agreement between you and Crowdin.net regarding your use of Crowdin.net.

Crowdin.net reserve the right to add, delete, change or modify parts of these Terms of Use at our sole discretion and at any time without notice to you. Updates and changes to these Terms will be reflected in and accessible through the URL where such Terms first appeared. Crowdin will also update the "Last updated" date at the beginning of the Terms. Users should periodically review the most recent version of the Terms, including without limitation the Privacy Policies.

If you do not agree to these Terms, then you are not granted rights to use Crowdin.net, and you should not access Crowdin.net.

1. REGISTRATION AND CROWDIN.NET ACCOUNTS

In order to use Crowdin.net services, you may be required to register and obtain an account with Crowdin.net. You should provide true, actual and complete information when registering, and update your account information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur through your account. Crowdin will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate information or to keep your password secure. Please use a unique combination of numbers and letters and special characters for passwords and be sure to log off from your account at the end of each session.

2. USAGE OF CROWDIN.NET

You should use Crowdin.net in compliance with all applicable international, state, federal and local laws and in accordance with these Terms.

Crowdin reserves the right, in its sole discretion to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Crowdin's sole discretion violates this provision. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

• selling, reselling or offering for any purposes, any part of Crowdin.net, except where specifically endorsed from Crowdin;
• collecting Content from Crowdin.net as part of a database or other project;
• framing or otherwise incorporating Crowdin.net, or any portion of Crowdin.net, as part of another website or service;
• accessing Crowdin.net by any other way than through interfaces provided by Crowdin;

3. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEB SITES

Links to third-party web sites on Crowdin.net are provided solely as a convenience to the user. Crowdin do not review third-party sites, does not control, and is not responsible for their content. If you decide to use any external links placed on Crowdin.net, you access them at your own risk.

4. SHARING TRANSLATIONS

By translation texts through crowdin.net or uploading translations as a part of your project, you grant to Crowdin the permission to use your translations permanently to improve, promote or offer the service.

All translation done with Crowdin.net are saved to Translation Memory and can be used by Crowdin.net itself or service users in any manner (published, sold or user in other projects). Using Crowdin.net either as translator or as project owner you agree to abide by these terms.

A part of Crowdin.net content can be intellectual property of a third-party, you should be cautious using/loading this content.
